Went to the drive-thru at 11:30 pm ordered two quarter pounders, and figuring it was late, they would automatically make them fresh. Very wrong, one quarter was fresh but mine was pure black, so disgusting... When I called and told them, they said to come through and said they were open. Went through the drive thru and I say I called about the quarter pounder. They said they were closed for the night, and to come back another time. Really? Worst customer service...

We stopped for lunch. Ordered 2 happy meals - one with cheeseburger, one with 4 piece chicken, a small fish fillet combo and a deluxe quarter pounder sandwich only.
The service was quick but not one part of our order was correct.
We received one happy meal w/6 piece chicken, A large fish fillet combo and a well wrapped burger bun with cheese, lettuce and tomato but no hamburger! There were no condiments were provided with the order.
I returned to the counter and complained about the order with the "Manager". The "manager" took my burgerless sandwich, turned and walked away without a word. A replacement happy meal and a sandwich with a burger in it was delivered to our table by another employee.
The manager never returned and no one offered an apology for the poor service. The employee who returned the missed items offered a "have a nice day" but the tone and inflection of his voice was quite sarcastic
