Website says drive-thru open until 1pm on Saturdays. I pulled up at 12:30 pm and both lobby and drive-thru were closed.

Don't! Friendliness does not equate to competence. Had the worst experience with this entire subsidiary of BMO, it's nothing like the Canadian one. Customer service is terrible and will hang up if they don't know what to do. (COMPANY WIDE) There's no communication between online services and in person services. One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something else. Worst bank in the world. I've dealt with banks from a multitude of different countries and states; I've never had this much of a headache before. Beware and do your research. They have horrible ratings all over the internet. I wish I would've looked more into the bank before being foolish enough to give them my time. I liked neighborhood banks but this turned me off entirely. Leave your money in the hands of professionals.

This is about the 6th terrible experience either my husband or I have had in the last 6 months or fewer. My husband has his own business and we do regular deposits in both our personal and business accounts. However, this location can never seem to understand that patrons may have more than one account. Several times they have even deposited our money in a completely different account altogether. Then, they have the audacity to tell us that we made a mistake. It has gotten to the point where before EVERY deposit I actually tally the dollar denominations, as I did today before this latest debacle. I'm slightly convinced that the cashiers might be trying to pocket the money because, again, this happens quite a bit. When I requested my money back it took quite a long time to gather up, just as it had to even begin the deposit. In fact, 3 other cars were serviced in the time it took the cashier to tell me that I counted my money wrong and that she couldn't be wrong because she ran the money through 2 different machines. After she gave me the money, I noticed that she gave me 3 $5 bills, when I had only given her 2. I immediately assumed that I was being quick changed, so I took the money home to count it against my tally sheet at home. I had to stop at Berkots first. When I got out of the grocery store, I had a missed call from BMO. I couldn't get through calling back the number that called me so I googled the main number and called. The woman who answered knew what I was referring to and told me that the cashier balanced her drawer and was $20 over. I have thought about this a lot, literally every time I have this argument with this location. I usually tend to not leave bad reviews, kind of a "if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all." But I can not with this location anymore. I now have to drive to the Homer Glen location to do our business because of the sheer incompetence at this location. We never have these issues at Countryside or Homer Glen. I've even told my husband to just pull all of his business and go to Chase.
