For multiple nights during my stay there was no hot water available for showering. This is not the first time staying here where I have experienced this issue. When calling the front desk at different times during my stay I was told to "wait 30 min for the hot water to circulate and try again".
Upon pulling up the reviews to leave my own, there are numerous other reviews from weeks and even months apart noting no hot water. It sounds like my experience was not unique. Avoid this hotel.

This place is terrible and that may be an understatement. The staff was wonderful very nice. But let's get to the room it look like it was from 1952 it is so outdated. Every time we flush the toilet it was leaking, where the shower spicket was falling off the wall, we had no hot water. We weren't the only ones that did not have hot water. The hotel smelled like marijuana. Not just a little smell but you could probably get high walking through the hallway. We are loyal Marriott customers and I never leave bad reviews but I had to because this is totally unacceptable.

Normally, this chain is fine. But the lack of hot water is unacceptable. And the filthy state of the fitness center and general poor upkeep were enough for me to switch hotels. There are good alternatives nearby. Dont waste your money staying here.

I come here on business often and have been staying at the Residence Inn every few months for a year and a half or so. I really like that they have a full kitchen so I can get groceries and make food etc. The breakfast is decent enough for a hotel breakfast. Service has always been good, front desk people are nice.
Unfortunately need to leave a poor review after there was no hot water again on my most recent trip. It was working the first day I was here but was cold last night and this morning. If this was a one-time thing I would understand, appliances break sometimes. However, this is the third stay where I've been stuck without hot water, over the span of at least six months. It's clear they're aware of the issue and have been for a while, and are unwilling to spend the money to actually fix it.
Really like it here but unfortunately will probably stay elsewhere the next time I come out.
