As a real estate professional, MML, Inc. and I had crossed paths via a mutual client. As a 6 year board member of Jacaranda Villas in Blackhawk, the board was looking for a new landscape company to service our HOA consisting of 39 homes. Garrett has done a fantastic job in managing our HOA, attending to homeowner requests and concerns. We have done 2-3 large renovation projects under Garretts leadership and hes done an outstanding job communicating with our management team, board members and homeowners. The company has been responsive, trustworthy and Garretts knowledge and background have made MML, Inc. our number 1 landscape vendor. We are all very happy with him and MML, Inc. service. Our street looks great!

This company should rename itself, 'Mike McCall Mow and Blow'.My god these idiots could not be any lazier.  All they do is mow the lawn, sometimes they don't even realize the missed 75% of the lawn.  Then they will edge some of it and just blow the debris around.  They do not bother to clean up and remove debris from tree branches. They can't seem to even fathom how to deal with weeds, we have some in the 2-3 foot range that are never touched by these clowns.  There are dead plants and dead branches on plants all over our community.  These folks just don't care or understand what they are supposed to be doing.We are in a drought right now and they continue to flood water the landscaping during the hottest parts of the day.  Then there are other areas that are bone dry all the time.  Seriously, water early in the morning so the water will be absorbed and you won't have to use as much.  In droughts it is irresponsible to be this stupid and have so much water just evaporate.They also can't seem to understand that the need to cover and secure the timer and valve vaults around the property so that kids, and dogs don't get hurt when they step in the fault.  Not to mention the vaults are flooded because of the over watering.When it comes to quality landscaping maintenance, this company is the polar opposite.

I am a true believer of the saying "third times the charm". Our HOA had changed landscapers twice prior to hiring MML, and let me tell you, that is the best decision they've made thus far. They have turned the property around big time. The property looks sooo much better. The crew is always nice and friendly, very detail oriented and courteous. If you are looking for a property maintenance company, I highly recommend them. Great job!

We have had them as an official contractor for Landscaping for our community and I have not seen anyone do a worse job at maintaining landscaping than these guys. Well done guys. Keep it up.
