Beware! No response after paying $1,250 for look before you leap 3-D design. Paid the money, barely were able to look at plans. Nothing to take home. After 2-3 calls finally received 1 page PDF. Nothing afterwards! Lots of excuses but no phone calls. Feel like a big sucker! What is going on!

I had a question about an on going issue in my garage (sagging wooden joist) and I wasn't sure if I needed a Structural Engineer or not. The folks at A&E Design Services were patient with listening to my issue and Steve gave me some good advice and pointed me in the right direction to get help. It turns out I don't need a Structural Engineer, but if/when I do, A&E Design Services will be my first choice. Thanks again!

Steve was really helpful and although he was super busy, he expedited our small wall removal project so we could move forward quickly.I called other structural engineers and they were all too busy or didn't want to do the project because it was pretty small.He made all the necessary docs and diagrams so I could get the necessary permits from the city of Livermore. BTW, the engineers at the permit department all know Steve, so it was really easy.Good prices and good services... Highly recommended!
