Went here in February 2023 .. night staff an some day staff were ok but the weekend staff was a whole different story . I was threatened to be given more days on false accusations (the staff knew they were false ) an was even accused of bullying a girl until she wanted to die ?? Wth?? When all that I did was asked my friends if they heard screaming since I am schizophrenic an was making sure I wasn't hearing stuff but apparently it was a girl in our unit doing the screaming (I did not know since I was moved to sleep in the long term girls hallway to make room for more girls coming despite being there for only a week . When checking out I was I was told no staff did storage on my items so I left without my stuff animal (I've had since 2021) an a newly bought shirt . One girl threw up in her hair an was refused a shower despite her throw up being from an overdose, the staff have no empathy. I saw my therapist TWICE during my 7 day stay so much for mental help ! Please I beg find a different place for yourself or your children since there is so much more I could write

My son is going to therapy here (on Hardin) and I have been disappointed over the past month. My son's therapist left on March 8th and my son's last therapy session was on February 27, 2024. I called to see who and when he would have an appointment with new therapist on March 12, 2024 and was told his new therapist would be calling soon, still no call and we are going into the month of April. This is very unprofessional and a lack of concern for others who need help as my son being autistic.
