If you want patient care, forget it. My mother had an appointment for March 2020. I wanted to make sure we didn’t need to do labs or 24 hour urine test. I called no less than 3 times (checked phone for accuracy on this), no one returned my calls. We were out for another doctor’s appointment and stopped. I stated that we had called to verify to make sure we didn’t need to do labs or the 24 hour test. The front desk stated we did not. Then the very next week I get a call to get labs completed. I said you are kidding me. I let them know again. He assured me he would make sure the request would get to her doctor before Friday when we would be able to get there. He didn’t follow up since we were having problems. In my job, even when the fax states it goes thru I pick up the telephone to make sure it is there. When you have a patient that is having problems, you do a little extra to make it better. He didn’t. It wasn’t there for labs. We are so done with this office. If this is how you treat your patients in the office, I sure as hell don’t want you doing anything to my mother. We will find another office that treats their patients better. I Hate I have to give them one star to post. Don’t deserve that!
