This week I had a scheduled maintenance alert and knew Id be on a business trip the entire next week so I called McClarty and spoke to both Angie and Michella to try to work me into a slot before the weekend. I knew it was a big ask!
Sure enough they called me back in about two hours to let me fill an opening the next morning. Since I had a meeting that morning, they offered to give me a ride home so I could use my wifes Volvo. (We love our Volvos!)
Keith Caldera, who runs the place, always is helping his customers, and playing all the roles to demonstrate servant leadership. It works! He was helping to wash vehicles when I went back to pick up my car.
