Most of the food was good except for my Baja bowl mostly had lettuce than any other ingredients. The initial experience was the drive-thru as I approached and was greeted I did inform that I needed a few moments not even a minute later and the order taker asked me again what I wanted I informed I'm still looking so she told me to order when ready ok so at this point I started ordering because I feel rushed and didn't want any issue. As I begin as directed to I was stopped as I was pretty much done saying what items I needed then order taker pretty much told me she didn't get any of it and then another person took which I assumed was the manager and I repeated my order now as I am giving my order again the new order taker would yell out a total instead of saying if there is anything etc. Then I was not given my total or my items read back at the speaker or window until I asked. Then before leaving I noticed that I did have my receipt and awaited for the manager to return so I can get it to receive points for my order and also see what I was charged. So there you have it sorry the comment is long but thus is how my experience and food was. Thanks for reading
