Beautiful body work done, but this repair shop claimed that two major things of damage done to my car did not happen in the car accident that brought me in in the first place so therefore the insurance company covering it won't pay to have my fuel gauge repaired or replaced or to do an alignment on the car which is absolutely necessary after a rear end collision. Because they denied those two things I'm out $400 I had to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic and I also have to pay another $120 to go get the car aligned. And even though they detailed the inside of the car and the outside, I can't hardly get in my car now because it's filled with the odor of some kind of perfume that I can't seem to locate where it's coming from or get rid of. It's giving me headaches and nausea every time I get in the car. In today's world of chemical sensitivities who would do that to somebody's car without asking them first? I would not recommend this shop and I will never go back.

The ease of buying a vehicle from Crain and the friendly staff got them the 3 stars, I debated 2. They tried to sell us the vehicle at a higher price than what was shown online. Turns out to have been multi-cracks in the windshield (to my fault for not noticing). This dealership couldnt afford to fill the gas tank and they said they were going to detail and clearly did not. Now I get to pay for that too. Also slight whistle coming from somewhere underneath. Was told Id receive offers of oil changes in my email but havent received a one. Hunter and crew were at least nice. Spent too much for a vehicle with 100k miles. They also told us our towing capacity was more than what the manual actual says it is which is is one of the main reasons we bought this vehicle. Disappointing. Do your research before buying a vehicle. Especially from Crain Chevrolet. Im actually changing to 2 stars now.
