NEVER use this company. They were very fast about installing a new controller for my spinkler, but when I had an issue and needed their help, I could never reach anyone.
After multiple calls and texts, one guy did text me back to say they would come out and take care of the problem. They never did. So I had to pay another company to come fix it. It turns out that the problem was that they have never connected a couple of wires to the controller. It cost me over $100 to fix what they did not finish.
I repeat... NEVER use this company.

Frustrated beyond belief. We used them for both our pool and landscaping of our new home. As far as the landscaping, the front yard has several low spots that the sod wont take because there is standing water there most of the time. They said they would take care of the drainage, but we are having to hire someone else to fix the corner cut job. Also, be careful what your contract says, they told us they would sod about 2/3 of our backyard, but on the contract it just says partial coverage of the backyard. So what should have been 15+ pallets of sod, was only 5. Part of me is glad, because I leveled/graded the rest of the backyard and laid the sod, and honestly is the best looking part of the whole lawn.

Tyler Sprinkler installed a sprinkler system for us. They had a large crew and did the job in two days. The crew was friendly and nice and the layout of the sprinkler system was very good - it was fairly large with a lot of zones. But customer service from the office was awful! The guy I talked to was rude& arrogant. The filling in of the ditches was terrible, and the details of cleaning up was not very good. I realize that they can't spend endless hours filling in the ditches, but I spent parts of 4 days filling in the ditches and raking dirt out of my grass and into the ditches. Some of the areas around the sprinkler heads weren't even filled in or packed and some of the sprinkler heads weren't even totally vertical. I had to straighten several of them and then repack the dirt around them to make them straight. They spread a lot of excess dirt beside one of my buildings, that I ended up hauling back to fill in some of the ditches. Around our flower beds and bushes we had pine needle mulch, and in some of the areas, the dirt was just haphazardly thrown in and then they covered it up with the mulch. I had to straight up a lot of stuff around the flower beds. I put in a lot of hours FINISHING UP the job that they should have done, and for what it cost, if really expected more attention to detail. I'm not sure I would recommend this company to install a sprinkler system. Overall, the system will probably work as we want it to, but it took a LOT OF WORK on my part to finish the job.
After several months, and another $500 worth of labor & purchased fill dirt, Ive gotten the ditches fairly level again. Ill probably still have to dig up and straighten some of the sprinkler heads.
Bottom line is that I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.

We got this company to put in a sprinkler system in our existing yard.  I ask for a bid and a rough drawing for the layout of the system.  I was told that they didn't do that.  They bid the amount and then their guys figured the layout as they worked.  Communication was terrible and some guy that I talked to in the office was pretty rude and gave me no information except that they would do a good job.  The layout and basic operation of the system is not bad, but they threw it together pretty fast and some of the heads weren't really straight and their backfill of the ditches was nothing but horrible!  They didn't pack any of the dirt in the ditches, and after it settled, the ditches were awful and would break your back or kidneys when you mowed over them!  I spent another $500 on dirt and labor to fill in the ditches so I could mow the grass without breaking my back.  The excess dirt from the ditches they just  threw behind my garage and I had to go back and dig it up to put back into the ditches.     I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! Steer clear of this company!
