When Ive had life changes (new car, business,new house, etc) shes been great about getting all i need to know about the situation and presents me with insurance options that best meets my needs, and with great rates.Thanks Diane

Great agency and excellent customer service!!! They Were able to get me significantly better rates than Progressive and always do their best answering any policy questions I have. I called recently about a possible claim and Nicole Kidder walked me through the entire process making it painless, can't say enough great things about how polite and helpful she was! Hands down best state farm agency in the Chicagoland area.

Agent Frank was unethical and impatient on the call.. interrupting and wouldn't let me finish a sentence.
