Excellent service from a Kohler dealer with the special advantage of its being local! No waiting for hours long drive from Portland, and extra road charges. When your stand-by generator needs service either during or to be ready for a power outage, Dan Holden, owner, or his journeyman is at our home very promptly.
After servicing our 14 year old generator for two years and nursing it back to health, we decided it was time for a new Kohler, designed to provide us with updated weather protection in its casing here along Penobscot Bay, and with Kohler's On-Cue software system which makes it possible for both us and Dan to be aware when the generator is testing each week, and if it runs into operating problems.
We have had our new generator for two months now, and Dan has been on the spot to handle any minor issues with the breaking in of the new generator.
So in summary, quality and professional service, and Dan is also a very cooperative and easy person to work with.
