Amber Trulli is completely unprofessional. When asked questions she does not provide proof of demands of carriers and just states "per carrier guidelines". She lied about the requirement so of NCDMV and did not ask any questions to completely address my situation. She could not provide any documentation or proof of her claims and just would demand my significant other's insurance information. When she didn't like my responses, she sent it upwards in chain and they only defended her actions and did not address the way she spoke on the phone or emails.

Barbi and everyone else I have dealt with at Leavitt have always been super helpful and gone the extra mile, both in fixing issues with my account as well as ensuring I was getting the best coverage for my needs.

I have been with this group for probably 20 years. They have always been so helpful and extremely nice.
I usually work with Lauren, but she has moved to the Maiden office. I truly miss her. This week, I had the pleasure of working with Barbi, and she was a sweetheart.
Took care of my issues very quickly.
I would highly recommend this insurance agency.

Logan is so amazing! I called him on a referral from a friend of mine and he did not disappoint. I was with my old insurance company since 1988 and felt like a number to them now. But Logan treated me like he had known me forever and helped me get an awesome rate! I have found my new insurance family!
