Did a nice job repairing the front end of my car after a deer strike. The car looks great visually.
However, they did not fix the broken part on my engine that was actually keeping me from driving it anywhere. I emailed them about this part before repairs, as well. Picked it up, and the part was not fixed. JR said he should have the part by tuesday (today)
I called up there, and he said he had to send off a diagram to get the part number. I found the part myself with a 15-minute google search. Without a diagram.
In addition to that, my horn and ambient air temp gauge no longer works, which means I'm pulling off the bumper to see what is and isn't connected. Fog light that worked before I took it in no longer works, either.
