Years ago express scripts was great. Fast efficient and easy to talk to a representative. I have been waiting for a medicine since 4/1! Today is 4/10! Not happy with the slowness of this company. Hire more pharmacists and find different suppliers if needed.

It's been weeks since I filled a prescription and have yet to receive it. This has happened multiple times. I have no idea how they are in business.

I hate this company. They have terrible customer service. If you call their help line you will spend at least 10 minutes 'talking' to robots before talking with an actual person.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They are THE WORST and deserve a ZERO. Pre-authorizations and authorizations being required to refill prescription for a Freestyle Libre sensor is taking well over 8 days. I've used this sensor for 2 years, so the refill & authorization should be granted based on that fact. I don't have anymore and now have to go out of pocket to buy one. CVS Caremark is so much better with authorizations and the time they take. If I had a choice, I would give up ES, but my Healthcare provider contracts with them. UGH!! If this prescription was for insulin, I'd be dead.

This company manages the DoDs prescription drugs/medications program and has proven to be highly ineffective. Their pharmacists deny meds despite contraindications substantiated by physicians!!! A pharmacist with no clinical expertise denies the recommendations of multiple physicians. This sort of practice highlights the DoDs determination to stick to low standards at the detriment of service members!!!!
