I was trying to do the right thing and donate an older laptop to someone in desperate need. I did everything I needed to do to prepare the laptop for a new owner. However, I could not remove my personal Microsoft account despite following all the instructions I found online. I ended up at Quick Connect, and a couple of their techs were nice enough to help me out at no charge. I promised them a five-star review and so I'm delivering, and it's well deserved!

Today was the second time in 6 months that my wife and I have been provided free service by the Lincoln store and I just wanted to not only thank the staff there for the very kind gesture but to also let the Lincoln Community know what a great little store we have. I've now used Quick Connect 5 times and their friendliness, fairness and cost have impressed me every time. Today's visit was only to copy medical files (I'm permanently bound to a wheelchair) from a CD the VA had sent me to a thumb drive so I could open and view them on my computer. The staff cheerfully copied them as requested and then said there would be no charge as it's was such a small amount of work. Wow. And the same thing had happened on my previous visit with another small job. It's just too nice of gesture not to be shared. Thank you, Quick Connect! You have my business permanently because of the way you do business.

5 Stars. absolutely no complaints! i called a few days ago and specified the issue with my computer. i couldn't figure out what was going on with it. These people were able to figure out my issue and fix it in under a day! I highly recommend visiting this place if you have any computer issues. incredible service!

I am a Real Estate photographer and Drone operator and experienced the worst fear of all photographers...getting home to find your 4k drone footage was corrupt and would no longer download to your computer. It's hard to face the fact, especially older folks, that you need an upgrade, and need it now. Viet, Richard, Leo, Gene, actually all of the guys made this process extremely easy. They all jumped in to help! They explained everything, every step, and answered every question, even while I had a nervous breakdown. Well not quite, but change can be scary. They walked me through what I would need and why. They built the computer in 2 days and the computer they built is unbelievably fast. They transferred all data and even got my Outlook working perfect! This computer has the ability to keep me supplying photos and Drone Video to all of my clients for many years to come.
