I love my Job at Community Alternatives Nebraska. Working here is like being part of a family. Team work is great. This is the first company I have worked for that gives every employee opportunities to grow.

I have been with Community Alternative of Nebraska two different times in my life once as a DSP. I love the atmosphere and with the individuals and helping with what they need. I came back to Community Alternative to work as a Program Coordinator with SLP. I loved it as I got to meet a lot a new SLP. But I have been an DSP for many years and I knew in my heart I needed to be working with my individual and so I took the opportunity to become an Area Supervisor for the Vocational. I love my job cause everyday I get to see all the smiling faces. I know I have made a difference in their lives. I may have been in this field for a long time I still am learning new things everyday. I would not trade this job for anything in the world.
