So the rooms are definitely dated and the carpet old. Could use some paint here and there But the rooms are clean. This hotel is run by a very attentive and amazing family. From the minute I called them to see if they had the truck parking with the young woman waving me in show me where to park. Duke who runs the restaurant and bar helped me navigate around a really sharp corner. Duke and his family do a great job of running this hotel. The guest range from tourist traveling to the airport, locals, people who live here for Extended Stay because of work or economic situation. I'm not going to lie there's dopers and smokers but most of the time it's fairly quiet and no one bothers you. Management has cameras everywhere.
Now I had a outstanding time Saturday night. This hotel has the coolest Vibe little bar and serves awesome buffalo wings and handcrafted pizzas using the finest ingredients. I expected to see Frozen pre-packaged products but they make everything fresh. I was very impressed. They also serve curry chicken and a couple other dishes too which is homemade recipe. I hung out at the bar drinks are reasonably priced. I will definitely come here from now on every time I'm in Lincoln Nebraska. They have truck parking and Hotshot truck parking. Next door to Casey's convenience store. I think the average rate is only around $45 a night so two nights cost me what I usually pay for one night somewhere else.

Right off the bat the one bald guy who works at night was a jerk! Then we got into our room and it looks as though someone got mad at the door and ripped off the trim and then turned around and did Crack on the bed. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke and mildew. The shower was supper small and the ac/ heater barely worked! The second night we stayed we found MULTIPLE cockroaches!! The trim in the bathroom fell off so I told the front desk about the infestation and the guy said sorry and something else I couldn't really understand him and then laughed about it. Honestly it's a crackhead hotel !

As a couple we stayed overnight . The room was 206 was pristine all in order and had everything We needed to spend the evening. Yes there are train tracks and trains were running all night popped in the ear plugs voila asleep. I was very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this motel . A very pleasant manager and staff.
Walkability: Caseys food and gas mart almost share a parking lot. You may buy dinners specially made to order
Food & drinks: Caseys also carry the regular pop and snacks for the next day and fresh coffee 24/7
