I called State Farm to get an insurance quote this morning. The lady that answered the phone was very short with me and seemed bothered to answer my questions. She told me that she would have Sarah call me since Sarah was our agent many years ago. She initially asked my who did our homeowners insurance, which I told her and explained that if I could get a better deal I would switch that as well. After several hours of not getting a phone call I called back with all of my information. I was told at this time that since I own a dealership and have dealerplates (which are not used on the two vehicles that I needed insurance for) they were uncomfortable insuring me. I have had one insurance claim in 13 years of owning my business and I can't even get a quote for my personal vehicles.....

Affordable when 1st started then rasied my rates after a month or two. For no reason except due to rate hike. But no accidents or tickets. Don't get it
