      image My mom's doctor was great. Explained what she can take for pain and how often and gave her an additional prescription to help get through her knee pain after surgery. His nurse was a C%+!!! Didn't bother to ask when to reschedule her 4 week follow-up, nor if there was a time that worked. Huffed when I asked for a different day so I went to the front desk to ask for a different time. Saw or heard me and was real quick and loud to step in! Very rude. Very disrespectful. My mom got up and walked out. Set my whole mood off! Definitely will not be biting my tongue next time.
