Will never buy a phone from this location again.
There was only one other customer in the store but I was told they didnt have time to help me set up my phone.
The worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Verizon location.

Jeremy is the only helpful person in the entire company that is Verizon (that includes their national call service and all employees everywhere). They need to give this man a fat raise and make him a regional manager. 5 stars for this man

I am sincerely thankful to the staff member who is named Shy. They were able to get my new device running from my broken phone. Had important stuff that needed to be transferred. I bought some extra stuff now, knowing a layer of security is needed

Came in with an 8-year-old iPhone (yes, really) with an hour until close. Zane and Jeremy got me set up with one of these newfangled contraptions - with time to spare! Both were super patient in transferring everything over from my fitful fossil of a phone. Thanks yall!
