With no prior relationship, I called this company for a repair to my dishwasher and Tony immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone as a switch that was bumped into off position. He talked me through turning it back on and saved me a service call. Tony demonstrated the highest ethical approach to serving me and I will ALWAYS call him first for any future appliance repairs and will refer him to all of my friends in need of repairs. Tony has repaired a few of my appliances and he is very knowledgeable and gives me great advice as well. I have been able to schedule appointments the same day I call and he is always on time. This is a great company.
