image We have been going to Sterling for almost two years and appreciate the learning focused program which teaches good skills and academic preparedness for toddlers and quality care. We recommend to others!

image My son has been going here for over a year and we absolutely love it! They also offer great enrichment classes such as music and dance.. Im updated daily through their app with photos and videos of my child and what they are learning. The teachers and staff are patient, kind and communicative. They basically potty trained my child for me :) highly recommend!

image Sterling/Bambini Montessori: Not the right fit for my one-year-old!
We tried out the center for about a month and a half before we started interviewing other daycares. For context, she attended from July 19th to August 26th of 2021, and here is why we left:
My daughter was getting diaper rash about once a week, this does not happen at her new daycare. So, I assume it was because they werent using the diaper cream we gave them or changing her diapers enough.
She never napped well, even though she is a fantastic sleeper at home and her new daycare.
I found her crying by herself a few times, I do not think the teachers were letting her cry on purpose, they are all very sweet. But, I do think that they are overworked and understaffed.
Several times we found bark in my daughters shoes and splinters in her feet. We knew that they were not putting socks on her feet when she was wearing shoes because the socks we sent never came back dirty.
When I forgot to send a water bottle with my daughter, the director made it sound like they did not offer her any water from 7-11:30 AM when I called. I was informed that they did not have any spare water bottles but they could try and give her water from an open cup. If that is the case, I should have been notified immediately when they discovered she didnt have a water bottle.
I came to pick my daughter up one evening and found her and another child eating in high chairs without supervision. I was there for almost a minute before any teachers came out to check on the children.
After the incidents with the water bottle and unsupervised snack time, I immediately pulled my daughter out of Sterling/Bambini Montessori. I did not feel that I could trust them to care for my child. I also filed a formal complaint with social services. Since then, the director has made me feel guilty about filing the complaint and has told me multiple times that I should have spoken to him directly about the issue. I did not appreciate this approach or him trying to blame me for his staffs mistake. He is extremely difficult to get ahold of and I felt given the severity of the issue that it needed to be reported so that I could make sure that other parents in the center were notified. He did tell me that he had talked with his staff about the incident and that he had previously hired a third person to work in the infant area. Only one time did I see three people working in the infant area, but I hope that it is his intention to have more staff. I really appreciated that since he knew we were so unhappy he worked with us to end our contract early, which he did not have to do. Overall, I am glad that my child does not attend there anymore. I hope that they work to improve the care that is offered, which the director did express is his priority.

image Sterling Bambini Montessori is an excellent, family-oriented care center for kids of all ages. The director of the center is truly passionate about the families he serves, and throws all of his time and energy into this business.
There was no waitlist to enroll, even though every other daycare was booked-out at least six months. They offer generous part-time options that I couldn't find at other centers. Lastly, their rates are extremely reasonable. So reasonable that it left me wondering if I should take my daughter to some fancier daycare and spend twice as much.
The answer is no. Care is affordable because they are passionate about providing a high quality Montessori experience to every child. They focus on recruiting and investing in quality teachers, knowing that the kid's enrichment will stem directly from that. Management is always looking for opportunities to invest in better food, supplies and equipment for the kids, and readily accepts feedback for ways they can improve.
I think they are focused on what matters, and you feel it when you walk through the door. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my infant daughter in their capable hands.
