I had a good experience with Laura's Cleaning. They used professional equipment and worked hard to deliver a high standard service! My kitchen and garage look extremely clean! You have to use their professional house cleaning services to believe it! I would recommend and definitely will use their service again!

I have been with Laura’s Cleaning for over 25 years and can’t say enough for all that they have done for me and my family. I started with her when I needed extra help to get ready for a holiday party planned last minute and was so impressed by their work that I stayed with them. I have been with them consistently since that first time. They are trustworthy, reliable, hard working and lovely to have in our home. During our time together we took care of an elderly family member for 13 years and Laura and her crew were a lifeline for us as we had our hands full working full time, raising children and doing elder care - they were part of our survival tool kit. I have always also been appreciative of how flexible they are with rearranging appointments if it was needed - always greeted by a kind and helpful person on the phone. They were very good at communicating rates initially as well as the few changes that have arisen over our 25+ year history.

Laura's did 4 separate cleanings for us, all done by Nita. Unfortunately, I was only in the house to inspect after 1 of them, the last one. What I found was a horrible job. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor throughout the house. There were streaks and crud on the floor in the kitchen and one toilet never had the seat lifted to clean what remained from the renters. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. What really worries me is that I told Nita we would be coming to the house. You would think that knowing the owners were showing up you'd put your best foot forward. I can't imagine how she left the house when we weren't the ones in the house.
My second issue is a drywall patch job that Nita did. Nita informed me after a group of guests checked out that there was a hole in the drywall in one bathroom. I thanked her and let her know I would have a handyman out ASAP. She told me that she was able to do the job herself and I would never know there was a hole there when she was done. I happily agreed as my last cleaning team handled things like this all the time. What a mistake that was! When we showed up to the house the patch job was clearly visible. When my husband touched it a plastic coating fell off the wall. She never removed the sticky backing of the mesh patch. She also took a notebook of paper we had in a drawer and filled the hole with it. Needless to say we had to have the entire job re-done.
In the end, Annie refunded what we paid for the patch job and discounted the "cleaning" (after I followed up again because she never got back to me after my initial complaint). It's shocking to me that she would have us pay for that job at all. I will never use them again.

Laura's Cleaning cleaned our home yesterday and did a fabulous job. We have been using them for years and are very happy. We highly recommend them!
