This is the worst T-Mobile location ever. None of the employees care that a customer has walked in. The employees like information about inventory and phones. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Me and my fiancé went in last night to look at and purchase iPhone 11s. We were greeted by all staff members. I’ve worked in customer service for over 6 years now and greeting people as they come in the door is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! We were assisted by Kiara(I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very helpful and knowledgeable about any product I asked about. She showed great salesmanship and we left with everything we needed and a smile. Thank you so much Kiara for your premier customer service and helping us complete our purchase!

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The girl here was so rude. She denied me service because I didn't have a mask ok I accept that that's my fault for forgetting my mask at home. However, I called her to ask her some questions and instead of answering them she hung up on me 3 times and didn't even bother to call me back to apologize because the call "dropped" that's how I know it was intentional. Please avoid bad service and just go to the location in Duluth. I'd rather drive the extra mile then to come here again.
