I went through the drive through today around 5:30pm 5/14/2022 for a Fish Sandwich Meal with large fries and large diet coke. The Fish Sandwich was dried out and barely edible!!! For the price of over $9.00 !!! What a rip off!!!
All I ever hear about McDonald's in Ligonier Ind is how bad the food is and I agree with everyone now !!!!

Didn't get all our food and took forever to get what we did get. I understand being short staffed but they could have done something else for the drive thru.

Workers and management could care less. Waited 15 minutes for 1 large fry and 1 Large Coke.... Happens every time. Worst McD location in Indiana, hands down.

I was using one of the deals from the mobile app, but cashier couldn't get it to work. It was for free fries and drink when purchasing a chicken sandwich. He had me refresh the code twice, check the expiration date, check the terms of service.... took about 5 minutes fussing with this before it got corrected (hopefully-- I didn't get a receipt even though he said it would be in the bag).
To me, the common sense, customer service solution should have been to just ring up the sandwich, tell the order filler to put fries and drink with it, and figure out how to adjust it in the computer later, and not make me sit there all that time. Thankfully, it was not busy and no car behind me.
Sadly, this isn't the only location that I've had similar problem with the app deals.
Suggestion for McD managers: spend some time with your staff exploring problem solving skills for when these tech glitches happen. Don't force customers to jump through hoops to use your deals.

You literally see people inside but still dont take your order not the first nor the 2 or the 3rd time this happens. Such a bunch of lazy people working at Night Shift. Worse McDonalds ever and not even doing their job? smh.
