The drivers hauling scrap in my neighborhood violate so many traffic laws all the time. One of their trucks today ran through a red light at the intersection on 99th and Holmes and honked his horn as if that made it ok. Hauling 30,000 plus in weight in addition to the equipment this driver was driving could have caused a major accident if us who had the green light werenâ€™t paying attention.
I tried calling the number listed to advise dispatch of their drivers doings however the phone consistently rang with no voicemail option. Iâ€™m contacting the DOT as well because having drivers who disregard traffic laws or who are not paying attention while hauling that much freight shouldnâ€™t have their CDL.
