Great Plains Exteriors was excellent to work with! They replaced our deck, added shutters to the front of our house and repaired window rot on two front half-round windows. From the work proposal to the finished product, they were very professional and provided dedicated workers with great attitudes and detailed skills. I highly recommend them!

Worst experience ever.. All the windows put in the back of the house leak air..Have called many times to our salesman with no return calls.. When we finally spoke with someone we were told windows must breath.. and are supose to leak air.. My old wood windows never leaked air this bad.. Also the screens are falling apart.. only a few years old.. Just wish the little jobs got as much attention to concerns as big jobs.. I will never recomend this company... Poor customer service for sure... We have given this company the benifit of the dout because we remodled durring covid and knew we had to wait amost a year for install after payment... But to get brushed under the rug for poor construction and install is just poor customer service.. we have waited almost two years with no resolutions... Only unreturned calls..

Replaced 25+ year old siding and windows
I can not say enough good things about the whole experience!! Trent was very knowledgeable about the quality of the products and how beneficial their siding and windows would be for our home and then explained how beautiful the new siding and windows would be ( definitely was right about that). He was very patient and listened as we were trying to decide on the color of our windows and siding. We really weren't sure how things would go...but once the project began Carlos introduced himself and made sure we didn't have any questions. He and his crew went straight to work. Everything was cleaned up every day at the end of their work day. Carlos was very knowledgeable and skilled when it came to creating the look I was wanting. The crew was absolutely friendly, diligent and skilled with their work . Our home has gables that really needed help...once i finally decided what to do with them Carlos surprised me and created the cover for the gable to look like my old siding....I absolutely love it!!! Kinda made me feel like I was holding on to my old siding (home)...just meant a lot to me ( which was a surprise how that made me feel). These guys are super nice, knowledgeable and skilled.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

CARLOS and his team of amazing guys, Jose, Julio, Fran are truly gifted tradesmen!! Their attention to detail and care for our home was very professional and appreciated. Carlos always answered all of our questions and explained things well, they cleaned up after every day of work.
We were happy to let them leave their tools and trailer at our home so they didnt have to load and unload everyday.
Nick walked us through siding options, pros and cons of each and was patient and understanding as we decided. We changed our minds on a few minor things and it was flawlessly switched to what we wanted with no hiccups. Completely transformed our home. If youre looking for a siding company to trust and that will listen to you as a homeowner then HIRE THESE GUYS!!

Extremely happy with Great Plains for the siding update and new windows for our home. We had gotten several bids for the work and felt GPE had the overall best sales pitch, pricing, and quality of product for our needs. Was great working with Trent, Carlos, and crew. All were very professional, timely, and courteous. They also cleaned up each day end and did their best to work around all my flowers! A+!! Updated review November, 2023: We were told when the new corners arrived, (the original corners were installed with the wrong color and did not match the house/other corners) GPE would come back to install. They did not come back and did not respond to our phone calls. We also requested a small piece of siding to replace an area with new lighting-again, no response from them. I've changed my rating from 5 star to 3 and A+ to a C. Service: Window installation
