      image Their hours of operation are from 5-3 and when called about this, they say theres nothing they can do and because of shortage of trucks/staff, and traffic to make sure their drivers get home on time. So, my wife and I (the customers THEY service) have to be waken up by the trash people 2 or 3 hours early because of traffic and them not hiring more staff and trucks? Im going to get a copy and paste response to this from the company too solving nothing.

      image This company is the worst! Their drivers are lazy and their customer service agents lie.
      I, along with everyone else I've spoke to, wishes that the city still handled our garbage collection. Trying to get Republic to do anything is harder than pulling your own teeth! I wouldn't even give them one star but, I had to just in order to write a review.
