I took some items to WTC Inc. for consignment. Upon returning a few months later to pick up the items, as they had not contacted me, I found that they were closing. The man promised that he would call me as soon as they were moved and that my items had not sold. He would not give my items back while I was there, claiming they were just too busy and promised to call me asap. They have all my contact info, email, phones, & address. It is now a month later and they still have my items. Their email is not accepting messages and all phone numbers when called simply ring. The store is empty and closed. Basically, they stole from me. I now must go to great lengths in order to find these people. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, as well as filing a civil suit against them to get my items back as soon as I can track them down. Stay away from this company, from my experience, they are very untrustworthy and unethical.
