My husband and I have been clients with Liberty Mutual for many years. My toddler and I walked downstairs to flooding sewer water and I was terrified. My son was screaming. My husband filed our claim later that day and we quickly heard back from Liberty Mutual with our assigned adjustor, Tim Ball. After the many horror stories Ive heard about insurance adjustors, I was dreading it. I can now say that I consider us one of the lucky few because Tim was seamless, professional, empathetic and transparent. He was so easy to work with and really set new standards for Liberty Mutual. He had our back through it all finding a contractor, validating costly expenses and justifying the best replacements to return back to our old home. I am beyond thankful for the exceptional support from Tim Ball.
