      image If you don't have a comforter that needs cleaning, this is nice to clean small loads. My comforter is now in a twisted bundle. Idk how ill get this knot out.

      The top-load machines you show in your picture are NOT for comforters. Signage is there on every aisle of these washers saying not to overload or to use comforters since they are NOT for this purpose. We have plenty of large washers that can easily clean this comforter, which customers love and use regularly. Look around and use those big washers for the proper cleaning of a comforter. Hopefully, you can come back soon and use the proper washer as we would love to earn your business. Thank you.
