I rented a Nissan Murano at the New Circle Rd Location for 2 days. I never write reviews but I felt like in my case I needed to. I was helped though everything with agent Bailey Harmon. A kind, understanding so helpful young lady with one of the best attitudes ever! I even got a ride home after dropping off the Nissan. I would definitely go there again for my rental needs . Service like this is very hard to find in this day and time . Thank you so much !

Exceptionally poor customer service, I am a Platinum member. We made it crystal clear we needed a 4 wheel drive truck, it was not even tho they said it was. The manager said she would call the district manager when she got mad at me and told me my rental may not even be allowed. They told us if we could find the right truck we could turn that one in... like that was our responsibility! All in all the worst Enterprise experience I have ever had and I travel for a living!

I had a reversion from State Farm on Friday got there they dont have anything car for me.They told they will give call me after they have anything available. I keep going every day till Tuesday they dont have car for me but they have car for other customers.
