Shane is the best! I drive past other pool stores to come here and he always takes such good care of me and is patient even though I have no clue what Im doing. Even though the store is very clearly understaffed, he works so hard to take good care of everyone that comes in AND keep the shelves stocked.

Best place for pool chemicals. Their service department is booked solid at the moment but when they are available, they do very good work.

Visited again to get a case of shock, was 33$! While at aurora it was 19$, same brand. Why charge 11$ more for a 4 gallon case of liquid shock?
Very sketchy staff, not very professional or knowledgeable. Stock is limited and its a waste of a drive. I asked the associate to give me the number for the store so that I can call next day to check on whether they had what I need. His response was its on the door. I couldnt tell is he was being rude or just unprofessional. Regardless, I decided I had enough variable experience with them to drop them completely.

I'm so glad I stopped in today! The sales associates were super friendly, extremely helpful and made my day. They answered several questions that I had and even helped me decide on things I needed. I used to manage retail stores and these guys are quality. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Give these guys raises. 1. Because they deserve it. Good customer service is hard to find. 2. You need to keep them around. I'm a long time customer and will definitely keep coming back here. Ive always followed their advice when treating my pool and I always have great results. These guys know their products and give great customer service. Thanks Leslie's!!
