Jeff has been nothing short of amazing. Although Im paying (slightly) more than I was at Geico, Jeff made all the difference as he told me he would. When I had a sewer drainage pipe issue, initially my claim was rejected, but after Jeff made a call on my behalf my check was in the mail within hours. Highly recommend.

I read the review from 2 years ago and I could not disagree more. I was with Tim Hamilton since 1990, and he was great. This company picked up the baton, and have been wonderful. They are incredibly responsive when I need their help going above and beyond. They have probably made me lazy about keeping track of my written policies and proof of insurance because I know I can get whatever I need in minutes with just a call. Toni Miller has worked with me the most and she is just the best.

This agency has gone south since Tim Hamilton retired and sold his book of business. They dont follow through with promises and are untruthful in their dealings with clients.They have certainly not been on my side. Rates went up 30% without a claim.
