STAY AWAY all UKFCU is a scam. What used to be a good finical institution is just rip off run by scam artists with a federal backing.

Horrible bank, management and treatment of employees are terrible.
Went in today to deposit money and the lady dropped my cash all over the floor, then got nervous and kept telling me she was nervous while telling me I should talk to a financial advisor, UK federal credit union at all branches bonus staff for asking anyone that has larger sums of money in bank accounts, in addition to this make staff very nervous by employing secret shoppers. Once she picked my money off of the floor 2 separate times she had to call the manager over. The manager didnt greet herself, say hello to me, nor did she offer any apologies. Just kept spouting off rules. Instead of secret shopping and bonuses for staff, maybe you should look at your management and poor business policies. I will not be back.
Closing your account will be the best thing you could do.
