went to buy a single piece of jewlery i needed for something this week . it was locked in a case. i asked a total of 5 times if someone could unlock the case and every time they told me someone was coming. i spent an HOUR WAITING. just for them to tell me the person in charge of jewlery was on break and couldnt help me til an hour later bruh. I sacrificed time for this i literally dont have any time and i just wasted an hour when people have been waiting on me so now im late. pissed me off, sorry i dont wanna be that person or karen but seriously get better employee communication walmart. screw you for wasting my time

I had an appointment to change the car's engine oil at 4 p.m. I came at the appointed time and asked the employee present how long it takes to change the car's engine oil. She said 20 minutes and the maximum is 30 minutes. I waited for more than an hour and a half and the car's engine oil was not changed. I looked at the maintenance staff and it worked. For one minute, he is talking and laughing with the other's friend for more than 10 minutes, and they continue with this system, where the employees talk to the customers in a bad way. I asked the employee to cancel the appointment and give me my car key. It is the worst experience in my life because I respect time but the person opposite does not respect time. Are we really in America or in a backward country that does not respect time or customers?????
