Day after Christmas just before going to bed my pellet stove stopped working… auger motor. Ughhh. Went online for I had replaced before, Jan 10 closest day to receive. House was 52 degrees waking up Monday morning, called Ted because the five stove places around me all closed on Mondays…. Was out of town on a job, told me he would be in Lewiston around two pm, called me at 2pm had part in hand. House is now warm…. Excellent guy, excellent service and has a new customer 👍 highly recommend -Kevin

Ted is amazing!! The most professional work. Gave me a quick tutorial on how my pellet stove works & made me feel so much more comfortable with using it. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
