lady on the phone was sooo rude. her tone was terrible to be someone who answers calls. So rude. And not even wanting to answer my original questions. Just wish they were kinder. And they never call me back ever, been waiting for weeks to get things sorted.

I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect by a front office worker as today. Whoever was the receptionist on 5/25/23 does not represent Central Maine Pulmonary in a positive light at all. Your front office workers should be courteous, polite and friendly. That was not the case today. Do better!
