      image Tried to call and inquire about getting a tankless water heater installed. Before I could even finish what I was asking for, the woman rudely cut me off and said they are booked up and won't be able to get me in. I was pretty astounded that I was immediately cut off and she had zero interest in even hearing anything else I was trying to ask about...I didn't even have a time frame in kind. What kind of company does that?
