      image This company was hire to do a warranty job. Been waiting six business days for them to get requested documentation to this company. The warranty company has requested this information three times, they have yet to get back to them. I called General Aire they claim they closed a FULL week for the holiday. I have been without air it’s 98 degrees outside and paid General Aire the deductible already. NOT HAPPY. Worst customer service they the owner of General Aire has the nerve to tell me the warranty company has yet to contact them. Save money and time go with a better company
