We had an emergency in our new house when we had a power surge in December. After calling several 24 hour emergency electricians, we reached Mr Electric, who was actually responded like it was an emergency. They were there the same day, evaluated the problem, saw it was a bigger issue and scheduled a time to get things in order the next day. In the meantime, they did what they could to get some sort of power, and even offered portable heaters.
When they arrived to install a new panel, they took the time to do it correctly and even changed out some outlets. They walked me through how the process of handling the insurance. After they left, we had our power go out briefly (unrelated to their work) they had someone come over immediately and check everything. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them when ever possible.

Appt was pushed back twice and then they showed up 2 hours late because of a flat tire. I just wanted an estimate for the work I need done and never received it
