image Semi Truck drivers suck rear end and don't care about other drivers at all, putting everyone's lives at risk. Do better losers.

image My package has been there for 3 days. Last time this happened it was sitting there for days than sent to Phoenix Arizona for no reason and then return back and finally delivered.

image I had a truly great experience here, specifically at the bulk mailing service area. Both Anita and Pat were there and were great! Anita answered my many questions and was extremely helpful. I am so grateful for their friendly service. I interacted briefly with someone at the main post office desk who was also very nice and helpful. Thanks to all!

image first of all, the GPS took us to the wrong place. We ended up where all of the trucks are and they send the mail out. The location is a little confusing if youre not from the area. We end up arriving just a minute late because of this but we find where to go, go inside and begin the process of applying for a passport. they tell us to sit down and a man comes out to get us. He confirms the name and appointment time but sounds confused when we state the name. We go up to the counter and he just stands there and we stare at each other until he says in the most condescending way, um can I have your application. Like this is our first time getting a passport, just tell us what documents you need. Do you need everything, just the document, just the birth certificate..? Its just common courtesy as customer service. So once we give him all the documents, he looks at them along with pictures. He tells us the pictures are wrong of course, I see what he was saying but we decide to try them anyway to avoid taking a new photo and paying $15 when we paid $18 somewhere else. He rudely says, okay if you want to try it, try it. and storms off to the back room to review the application. He finally comes back tells us to write the check and we finish up.. we got it done thankfully but man was this an unpleasant experience. I get the documents have to be correct and this is serious but there is not one ounce of kindness in the employees that work here. If your pictures are not perfect according to them, expect them to push you to take a picture there. You better have all of your documents and they better all be perfect because they will definitely send you off with no explanation if something isnt right. They have no patience as well. Just a weird experience.
