Donna is very rude for no reason, as her tone is not friendly at all. It ls like it kills her to crack a smile and be pleasant. She is just rude for no reason. Long time ago my parents and I would come here, however, we stopped because of the nasty attitude this woman has...and we were not being nasty to her!
Thought I would give it another try, but its worse.. Its a shame, people are so nasty. Surprised still in business.

I give it one star because it's the least that can be given, although in truth they don't even deserve that. It's a terrible place with terrible customer service!! I have always rented equipment from U HAUL, I made my reservation to pick up at this place (which I had not done before, I always pick up at other locations) but I found this location that was close to my house and I decided to try it. It turns out that no one contacted me after the reservation and I arrived a few minutes late to pick up my equipment. They told me that because I was late they had already rented it and I couldn't pick up my vehicle (how is it going to be possible if I paid for 24 hours with the vehicle? It means that they shouldn't give it to anyone else during that period regardless of whether I pick it up or not), but well... I told him there was no problem, that if they had another piece of equipment I would pick it up, there was a new reservation, they told me under their breath. because they don't even look you in the face to give you an explanation... that the vehicle reservation was only until 11 and they couldn't do anything when on the internet the schedule says it is until 1 pm...
Well my opinion and my advice, don't waste time and money... go somewhere else save your time and coins!!!

I am sorry I couldn't give this place less that one star. I went to this store today and I saw the interaction between the owners and a man that didn't speak English and their attitude towards him was absolutely ridiculous.
The guy was trying to rent a truck and when I walked in I heard the male owner saying to the customer in a very disrespectful tone that "he didn't have time for this".
A Hispanic woman then came into the store and the customer asked her for help translating. She obviously was born in the US and spoke perfect English and was willing to help but still the owners were upset and kept saying that it would take too long because there were a lot of questions that he had to answer. The lady began to translate for the gentleman but the look of disgust and impatience on the female owner's face and her attitude to them was a disgrace.
I can't quite put into words how disrespectful, dismissive and prejudiced they were to this man.
I get that it was difficult to conduct business when you cannot communicate with customer but this attitude by the owners was downright unprofessional and degrading to this customer. At one point the female owner told the woman translating to tell the customer next time to go somewhere where they spoke Spanish.
You simply should not be operating a business if this is how you treat people that do not look and sound like you.
I am not saying that these owners were racist, I have no hard proof of that, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then...........
This business deserves minus 5 stars.
