Made a appointment to get an estimate for a complete pool enclosure rescreen . The original appointment time was supposed to be 12:30. Called them around 1pm and was informed that we were scheduled for 3pm. Got a call from them at 3:15 stating that they went to the wrong address and wanted to know if it would be okay to reschedule for 4pm the next day. Their estimator was heading to Eustis for his next appointment an couldnt stop by on his way because he lives in Umatilla and was heading home after his next appointment. If a company cant find time , after wasting half of my day , they do not deserve my business.
