Called company to get an estimate for my fence replacement. when
I received the call back the female kept asking for what fence I needed to be done. I kept saying my backyard fence. Maybe she was having an off day but her response bothered me so i said i just want my fence replaced. if you can't understand what i am asking then i don't need to do business. she got offended and said i didn't need to take that tone with her so i hung up on her. who does this to a potential customer. explain in layman's terms what you are trying to ask because not everyone known fencing terminology.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Linda and Rodney! Requesting an appointment with Linda was a breeze! Rodney then came out, took the measurements and I had a quote back to me not too long after that. They put the fence up in two days and they did such a fantastic job. We love our fence because it was really important for us to have a space that would be safe for our kids to run around. We have a sense of ease now that the fence is up.
