      image Ive been here a couple of times without much issue. However, I went to get an oil change yesterday. During the middle of it, one of the employees felt the need to open the glove box, remove my cabin air filter, and tell me it needed replacing. I asked him what he was even doing looking there since it was just an oil change. He ignored me, said it would cost $35. I said no and asked if he could just shake the filter to get some of the junk out. He said he couldnt and walked away. I drive home, check my glove box, and see the air filter wasnt even properly put back and he went through my stuff in the glove box since some items were opened.
      Will never come back here again.

      Michael, I’m sorry you didn’t have a great visit. We do check cabin filters and top off fluids as part of the oil change. Of course, we can leave out any inspections during a service. We do shake out debris from cabin filters. I’m wondering if our tech was explaining what would remain in the filter, and sounded like he wouldn’t shake it out. Nonetheless, I’m sorry you felt ignored. And that your filter was incorrectly installed. I can be quite certain that nobody opened any objects in your glove box. However, things do get moved around as the glove box gets lowered out of the way. But, that would be about it. I am sorry you weren’t satisfied.       image Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Oil is drained from underneath (not suctioned out like some quick lubes). All other fluids inspected and topped-off or replaced, and tire pressure adjusted.
