One Pencil Holds Over 43,000 Gal. of Water

I am a Senior Citizen who moved here 10 years ago when my half sister encouraged me to do so. She needed a sucker to buy her land outside of town and no one here would take it. After arriving I did make the purchase, and she heckled me for doing it, and had her son Jr. do the same. Making fun of my stupidity? Her sons had all dropped out of school in the 7th grade and she was damn proud of it. I offered to help her sons get their GED like I did. She said no. One grandson had a half sister who was adopted by Sheriff Winfrey. My sis had her children breaking into my home and stealing what ever they wanted and she did the same. When I called the Sheriff to have a police report written about my loses, his dispatcher said they would be right there. He never arrived. They kept telling me he was right at the corner and would be there any time now. I called again the next day and told them that if Sheriff Winfrey was just at the corner, I would be at Walmart. After the Ice Storms my home was in need of repairs and my son wanted me to stay with him. I had the electric power turned off on my home, and we tried to shut off the water main. I would not budge. We shut off the water at the main line going into my house. We went back to check it from time to time, and there were a few leaks on my home pipes, but the water shut off on the house shut everything off. I continued to pay the water bill on my property in since my doctors had suggested I do water exercises I added gallons to cover when I came home and put in a swimming pool. According to my books I had had paid for in excess of 43,900 gallons of water. My son is getting married in Dec. so I have been fixing up my home and getting ready. I called the water company and asked them to fix the main valve so we could turn off the water there. They sent someone out to do that. When they realized that I had in excess of 43,000 gallons of accrued on my meter they removed the meter and took it to (Ms. Winfrey) who promptly sent me a bill for $167.25 minus the $10.25 I had already paid for the month. When I called her she said you said you had a leak so we billed you for it. I said the leak was in my home and we shut off the main line at the homes entrance. The removed the meter without my being there, or my knowledge and erased the surplus water that I had paid for with at pencil on their books. The Winfrey CLAN sure does get around, and my jealous half sister is having a ball. They will and do steal from everyone they can. Leave it to the Winfrey's to help them get away with it. You folks have real CLASS. Penny Rexford-Strasser
