image At first I was worried renting from them seems the last tenants destroyed the property took a while to fix. I do not blame them at all, they kept me in the loop and took down all my issues with the duplex with no problems. They okay everything and are fixing it. I admire this company and I plan on staying for a long time because of them. The office ladies I have a lot of respect and trust with. Ive only been a tenant for a month but they make the stressful moving less stressful. From the time I walked into their building to the time I opened the doors to my home. Its is stressful moving very stressful but the paperwork is a breeze. I love this office and I love the ladies I deal with.

Pest Control - Advance Pest Control
- Wesley does quarterly spraying with the company above. The property I was at has roaches. I am a clean freak, and that stuff disgusts me. I had sent multiple work orders with photo documentation for them to come out and treat my residence and I was hit with "We have received your request on the roaches. We close out the work orders because they are issued to the vendor Advance Pest Control. We will notify Advance that there is still an issue and see when they will be able to come out and treat". My residence was not treated until the next schedule quarterly treatment. I'm not going to use the name of the pest control person, but I was informed by them that Wesley did not send anything over to them. I had to resort to paying out of pocket to treat my residence even though the problem was there before I moved in, and the neighboring duplex had the infestation really bad. So, they do not treat their properties more than quarterly. The owner of the duplex does not invest into his properties and maintenance. I had to be persistent and got a lot of push back for me being so persistence. So, document everything and do not be afraid to do reviews and let others know what they are getting themselves into. Small things you ask for them to do they ask for you to do something back or they make it more difficult than necessary at time and it still doesn't get done or taken care of.
Prior to moving in they were extremely helpful and nice, I obtained residency here right when the winter storm hit, and my heat went out. I called and put in an emergency work order, and they said they had space heaters and would make sure to get them too me if maintenance couldnt make it. Maintenance couldnt come until Monday I did not receive the space heaters until after the freeze. I went without heat during the coldest times this year (December 2021).
I signed an agreement saying I could have pets on the property with approval of the owner. In regard to the Pet Policy, the owner told me "No animals will reside on the property" via email. After, I was informed of that, I updated my review publicly, the next day Wesley Property Management reached out to me saying the owner of the property said there was a misunderstanding, and they allowed me to have my animal at the property and honored the pet agreement I signed. Prior to me making the public review, the owner of the property was not going to honor the pet agreement we both signed.

Each property owner determines and reserves the right to not allow pets/or restrict a size of a pet. Our company policy is to have the tenant submit their requests with photos in writing the information was forwarded to the Owner and the Owner makes the final decision.
